Core Pillars

Theological Training

Students will gain knowledge on varying topics related to God, worship, leadership, and more through class time. 

Spiritual Formation

One of the most important aspects in the School is continued growth in our walk with Christ. There will be opportunities throughout the school that will foster growth in our walks with Christ.

Ministry Application

Students will not only gain knowledge of ministry, but will also be challenged to apply, practice, and live out what is being taught. 

Commitments

Class

Weekly lesson nights other School of Ministry students held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm. These nights will usually consist of a main lesson, and a breakout lesson.  Some topics discussed -
Heart of a Leader, Biblical Theology, Music Theory, and more. 

Music Lessons

Weekly hour long music lessons at Off the Wall Music in New Philadelphia, Ohio. 

Lead Worship once per Month

You will be expected to be plugged in a local church and leading worship at least once per month. If you are not plugged into a church we will help you get plugged into a ministry. 

Chapel Gatherings

Students from the whole School of Ministry will attend Chapel Gatherings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday night of every month. 

4:12 Collective Worship Events

All though you may not lead at the 4:12 Collective Worship events, you will be asked to be available and help serve wherever needed. 

Check-In Meetings

You will consistently meet with a mentor to be discipled, as well monthly meetings with Austin Mast (Lead Director), Brennan Mullet (Executive Director), and/or Ariel Miller (School Aid).

Plan 3 Student Led Worship Events

Worship Together Conference

Student Retreat

You will work with other students to plan 3 worship events, taking care of everything that is needed to put on an event. 
We will all go to the Worship Together Conference held in Nashville, Tennessee. (All tickets and lodging included in tuition).
The start of the school year will be marked by a day long Kick Off Event with the whole School of Ministry. The end of the year will consist of a weekend retreat with the whole School of Ministry
